　　責(zé)任條款是明確規(guī)定雙方責(zé)任權(quán)限和范圍的，常常使用連詞和介詞的固定結(jié)構(gòu)，但是如果不能正確理解合同條款的意思，使用不同的介詞或者連詞，翻譯之后的內(nèi)容就會(huì)與原文大相徑庭。
