　　在英語中一詞多義的情況十分多見，而選擇詞義錯誤也會導(dǎo)致整個醫(yī)學(xué)文案或者是醫(yī)學(xué)論文的錯誤。因此必須要注意慎重選擇詞義。比如對于“episode”這個詞匯來說，一般會被翻譯為插曲，而在醫(yī)學(xué)中卻是出現(xiàn)發(fā)病或者是發(fā)作的意思。如果說一個精神病患者發(fā)病了，卻被翻譯成為一個精神病患者的插曲，這樣的翻譯似乎有些牽強(qiáng)。
